
The University of Konstanz is one of eleven Universities of Excellence in Germany. Since 2007 it has been successful in the German Excellence Initiative and its follow-up programme, the Excellence Strategy.
The position is available at the Chair of Organizational Economics (Prof. Nick Zubanov) and will be funded from the Chair’s household account. The position offers an opportunity to pursue research in the fields related to organizational economics, individually as well as jointly with the Chair professor (Nick Zubanov). Possible research areas include (but are not limited to) labor, personnel, incentives, contracts, management practices, institutions, inequality. The working language is English. A proficiency in German is appreciated but not required.
